SEO for 2012

Now if you have watched some of my older posts you have probably came upon Brad Callen's SEO Course, which is a very good and interesting intro into the basics of SEO and honestly it worked pretty well thus far ... I say "thus far" because as the world evolves so do search engines and the way they rank websites! In general lines the changes are not very huge, as to say the basic rule is still the same, a lot of high quality contextual backlinks = good ranking! But there some "background" improvements in the algorithms that Google uses for instance when ranking in websites on their search! So to speak in order to make things clear I must recommend that you watch a training video made by an expert (as I am just an amateur after all right?! ... :) Drop by the blog over at www.senuke.com and watch the video series of Mastering Google for 2012 and you will see what I mean by smaller/bigger changes in the way search engines will rank the websites this year!

Product Linking Update

So then I was actually thinking quite a lot about all this story and how the thing actually work, but honestly after thinking a bit more about all this you get to know that it actually is a good idea! So from now on, next to the blog posts and the original ranking and the end of the month of the most accessed product post for the previous month we will be having ranked direct links to each product website! Obviously there will not be any pop-ups or  any other eye bugging ads, just come simple plain external url's that will be available on the left in the widget bar! So to say this is just to make things more easier and user-friendly!

Well again I must confess that time has been going by without me doing anything about it ... I mean what is there to be done, right? ... Everything!!! So then anyway, after many hours of thinking what on earth to do next, with the life of the blog I finally came to terms with it and I figured it out ... I guess! I shall start writing content the best way I can, and I do hope that you will all enjoy this! And if there might be anything to comment upon the future articles, please feel free to speak your mind!

Well I was just preparing to upload a .rar archive with all the videos about domaing in order to share them with you all. And when I enter megaupload I actually happen to find out that they just got shut down, for good ... (possibly for life, for some serious offenses). Yet still if I got things correctly, the SOPA act wasn't even accepted just yet (it will be passed on 24th January). Still I just don't understand how on earth do they allow websites to work for ages and then shut them down on an instant. No offense but this a bit weird don't you people believe this?

Well anyway perhaps I will upload my files to another host and enjoy the freedom (as long as it still lasts, because no offense but it actually seems that we are quite close to the totalitarian system once again). Under a different name and banner, but still it is just the same ...
