In this particular example the forum is called backlinksforum.com. It was a pretty good place, but right now it is not online anymore. However any forum will suffice, as long as it is well moderated and has the right stuff posted on it.

It's been months since I've last visited this blog, however I do assume that it's worth being taken up again and kept up to date, due to a simple reason ...
